Recently, Spy Velo in conjunction with GP Sport ran a short 3 event Cyclo-Cross series on the Isle of Wight.

Ian and Andrew Macdonald went over for all 3 events and did the Commissairing and guidance as to how a cross race was run, they were assisted by Dave Jowett from BC. We all had a great time, had to wrap up a bit as we were very high up and the cold wind blew, look North and we could see the Solent, look South and the English Channel.

There was compared to normal Wessex events a smaller turn out but all the riders really enjoyed themselves and came back for more. There was a final series prize as well as individual event prizes.
