Wessex Cyclo Cross Committee have decided after comments about numbers on course, safety issues etc from parents, riders and Commissaires, to split the Under 12 event into two separate races, Under 10 and Under 12.

This hopefully will lead to less congestion on the course, the difference between speeds of different age riders should be less and many other small niggles will be ironed out.

This will be at every Wessex event for rest of season.

The first event to do this will be the North Hants RC event at Basingstoke on Sunday 9th. The U-10’s race will start at 10-15 followed by U-12’s at 10-30, website will be changed to show this. Please look at revised times for other events, make sure you look at BC link details, this is on our website page info for each separate event at the top , these times are most up to date times and info, Wessex info may not be updated.
