After each race the following procedure for chip timed events is as follows

• No full result at race just first 3 for podium prentations

• On same evening as race a provisional result will posted be on Black Sheep Timing’s website
  http://www.racetecresults.com/StartPage.aspx?CId=27

• If you have any issues/queries etc with your result the onus is on you to contact Black Sheep and explain your issue, when doing this mention what event your refering to as they often do 3 cross events on same day, what race cat you rode in, your race number, name and any other detail you think would be relevant eg ” I finished just behind Fred Bloggs” You can contact them on blacksheepsportsltd@gmail.com

• Results page will be updated as things come in then all being well final results will be on website by Wednesday evening.

• From the final results the race organiser can then work out who gets prizes, they may appear at next race with a box full of envelopes or may ask you to contact them to forward prize on or as they do in West Midland Cyclo Cross league ask for your bank details and electronically send prize to you. We the Committee will have a discussion and figure out a consistant method for prize distribution.
