Kerie Wallace has compiled his annual summary of the Wessex Cyclo-Cross League for the 2013/14 with details of the Wessex League and other races that league members took part in.

Overall it has been another successful year for the league with increased number of events and more participants than ever before.

Some key highlights from the 2013/14 season:

•  2577  Cyclo-Cross rides across all categories, an increase of 32% on last year.
• 499  point scoring riders, an increase of 19% on last year.
• 164  Under 12 riders took part in the league, double the number from 4 years ago and 14% more on last year.
