The Wessex Cyclo-Cross League Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 5th April 2013, 7:30pm.

The venue is the 5th New Forest Testwood Scout HQ, Blackwater Drive, Calmore, Southampton, SO40 2QJ.

Anyone can attend the meeting but only private members and two representatives of each affiliated club can vote.

This is the forum in which change can happen from you.  If you feel something needs changing or have an idea that will improve our local races please put forward a proposal.

All proposals must have one proposer and one seconder and must be members of an affiliated club (or a private member) and must be submitted by Friday 22nd March.

The league committee positions are also open for re-election.  If you wish to stand or propose someone for the roles of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, League Secretary or Press Officer then nominations have to be received by Friday 22nd March 2013.
